We had Curb installed on a portion of our portfolio and I also decided to get it on my personal residence. I’m glad I did. Within a few weeks of my Curb installation, I received a message from Elevation that I had a faulty capacitor on my HVAC. I contacted a local HVAC company and the technician confirmed this. I immediately replaced the capacitor (under $30 part) and likely prevented a much more costly emergency repair and highly uncomfortable situation for myself and my family.
